20+ years’ experience leading media, digital and creative agencies across Australia, the UK, and the US. Known for building high-performing teams and inspiring bold, effective work, he’s driven by one belief: when you move people, you move business.

LOUISE ROMEO

Chief Commercial & Operating Officer

Louise will drive momentum on your business by ensuring that we are delivering the best value in market whilst driving seamless end to end operations, underpinned by automation technology and AI.

EXPERIENCE

18+ years in the Australian media industry working across large holding group agencies in investment, business management, client-on-boarding and operations

SCOTT MCCAFFREY

Chief Client & Growth Officer

As Chief Client & Growth Officer at Starcom, Scott will lead the agency's client engagement strategy—ensuring our brand partners receive not only outstanding media solutions but also a trusted strategic advisor.

With 20+ years’ experience in media, marketing, and brand strategy, Scott brings a sharp focus to building high-performance client relationships that drive long-term growth, innovation, and measurable results.

Roger leads Starcom’s strategic product, ensuring every client challenge is met with clarity, creativity, and commercial impact. He partners with brands to translate ambition into action, aligning insight, innovation, and media excellence to deliver measurable business growth.

EXPERIENCE

Roger has 18+ years’ experience in media across APAC and EMEA regions, working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands across retail, FMCG, insurance, automotive and luxury. He's guided award-winning campaigns, and built high-performing strategy teams known for their curiosity, outcome focus and actionable thinking.

ADAM STEWARD

National Head of Digital and Solutions

Adam will help your business unlock growth by connecting media, platforms and emerging technology. He works across strategy, product and operations to turn innovation into scalable, commercial solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

EXPERIENCE

Adam has 15+ years’ experience across ecommerce, performance and digital transformation, working with leading brands to drive growth. He’s built and scaled high‑performing teams, and is known for turning emerging media, platforms and technology into practical, commercially impactful solutions.

REBECCA WEATHERALL

Head of People and Culture

Rebecca leads People and Culture at Starcom ensuring that we create an environment where people feel empowred, supported and inspired to do their best work. Rebecca partners with the leaders of Starcom to ensure we align our culture with purpose and high performance.

EXPERIENCE

With 16+ years of experience in People and Culture, Rebecca has worked in people roles across both the Australian and UK markets. Rebecca has spent 12 years shaping talent and culture strategies in the media industry and therefore having deep industry insight to her work.
